Hunter's 2nd Birthday

We had a family party to Celebrate Hunter's 2nd Birthday. We had a yummy taco dinner and homemade carrot soup(thank you to Sandi) Hunter had fun opening all his presents from everyone. He got fun toys and clothes. When it was time to eat his cupcake he refused, can you believe he didn't like it, so he just ate the ice cream instead. Thank you to our family for spending the day with us.

Quilting projects

There is always quilts to be completed. I just cleaned out and reorganized my quilting/material and I found 4 undone quilts and I need to start 2 new ones and have them done by April. Yikes! I have a lot of work to do. Now that I have looked at all the fabric, I have lite the fire within to start quilting again. So my next step is to set up my machine and get my quilting corner of the house ready. The reason for me not completing things is of course laziness but I have a 2 year old that thinks he needs to be helping me with everything I do. He even insists on cracking his eggs when I make them for him. He is to funny!! Our next square swap with our quilting group will be from this book. Super excited about getting all the blocks so I can make a Christmas quilt.

Change

It's a good thing right? I thought I would change the background of our blog and I like blue, so we will see how long it lasts. Sorry if you were confused and thought you got the wrong blog but it's still us just a different look.

I'm turning 2

Family Fun

Bubbles, bubbles every where.

Belmont park merry-go-round. You can see by Hunters face he was having a great time and he didn't want it to end.

Balboa park train ride, Hunter is still talking about today. We also went to the San Diego Zoo (we have annual passes) and Hunter loves to watch the elephants.

Can't find...

...our battery charger for the camera. It's probably in the bottomless pit of my cars trunk where everything else is that I can't find. So sorry I haven't had any posts lately I have been waiting to post some cute pictures I have but I can't do it with out my camera battery charged.
