Christmas 2007

Eric got to play in the Alumni soccer game that Rancho High School holds each Christmas break. He wore all black that night. It was a cold 49 degrees.
Santa brought Hunter a new cash register to play grocery store and a new Tricycle which he calls..."My Bike" He asks me several times a day ..."Go outside...my Bike" So we are outside several times a day so he can ride his bike.

Grandma & Grandpa Gemmell got the grand kids a teeter toter for Christmas. Here is Hunter with Cousin Jack trying out the new toy. Hunter calls it the "Up...Down"

Eric surprised me this year with a new foam mattress for our bed(greatly needed we were like burritos in our old one) Above is Hunter trying to help Dad push the 169lb Mattress box. Below is our new mattress on our beautiful black bed set.
Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and will have Happy New Year.

Photo Post

Grandma, Grandpa, Shelly and Tyler come down to visit us for a few days. We went to Disneyland(3rd time for Hunter and I in 5 weeks) We had a blast. We went to La Jolla Cove and saw the seals and the clear blue water of the Pacific Ocean. We went to Seaport Village and saw Aircraft Carriers pass by in the bay of San Diego. Hunter rode on the carousal. He didn't want to get on at first and then he didn't want to get off when it ended. We went to the temple and saw all the Christmas lights and we even got a picture of the moon in between the spires at the Temple. It was just a sliver of the moon but it was beautiful. We loved spending time with our family. Hunter cried when Papa and Gamma (as Hunter pronounces them)left today. Family time is always special when you don't see them very often.

Oh Christmas Tree....

Our first time Christmas tree hunting and our Hunter was asleep. He never opened on eye to see what was going on. He was out cold.(To much running around and climbing at the park , wore himself out) We got our tree at Home Depot for a great price and we tied it on top of our car and brought it to our humble little apartment to decorate and make it apart of our Christmas Decor. If you can notice there are not to many ornaments near the bottom of the tree we had to strategically place them just out of reach of the little hands to grab and throw. Needless to say presents wont be under the tree until Christmas eve...can you image?

Happiest place on Earth

Another fun day at Disneyland with our Cousins. Hunter fought me hard on not wanting to wear the leash, but I had to have him in it or I would have lost him in a second. He loves to run and while in the lines he was trying to push his way to the front. So thank goodness for the harness leash. Once the monkey was on for awhile he did not want it off. He said to me "ooh, ooh, aah, aah ON" (He calls monkeys ooh ooh aah aah) The first 2 pictures you can see him fighting me and at one point he just laid on the ground. Yes, I got funny looks but oh well!
The picture with him dancing around he is as happy as can be with Monkey on his back.

Playing the piano in Goffy's house in Toontown

There was only one in and out door at Goofy's house so I took off the leash and let him run around, climb on things and go down the slide. He had a blast. He didn't want to leave.

Driving the firetruck in Toontown with the monkey peeking over his shoulder.

Hunter loves to play the game where I tell him what to go and find in his room and then he brings it back to me. Well he found everything I asked him to even if it meant climbing up into the crib and then screaming for daddy's help to get him out. What a fun little guy we have. Pure Joy.
